Reginald C. Martin: Biographical Sketch

Reginald Charles Martin serves as the Managing Attorney of R.C. Martin Law Group, L.L.C. A native of Miami, Florida, he received his formative education in the Miami-Dade County School System. After completing high school, Mr. Martin earned a BA in History from Morehouse College, MA in Education from Columbia University, and JD from Loyola University (New Orleans) School of Law. He is duly admitted to the State of Georgia’s Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Georgia, and Superior Courts. Mr. Martin also is admitted to the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Martin’s legal career reflects vast experience in criminal and civil law. He has worked as a legal assistant in the general counsel office of a major college in Atlanta, Georgia and has had extensive civil and criminal law experience both in private practice and government work. Most recently, Mr. Martin served as an Assistant District Attorney for Chatham County. In this capacity, he not only was responsible for prosecuting felony criminal cases but also was designated as Chatham County’s Drug Court Prosecutor. Mr. Martin also served as an adjunct instructor of criminal, constitutional, juvenile, and business law in the former Paralegal Studies Program at Armstrong Atlantic State University.
